Summary
- Technical Excellence Strong engineering fundamentals with 5+ years building AI production systems Comfortable with infrastructure (K8s, cloud platforms), backend (Python, FASTapi) and front-end (React, TypeScript)
- Hands-on experience with modern AI/ML frameworks and deployment patterns, including GenAI Track record of shipping products that scale to thousands of users
- Execution Velocity Demonstrated ability to ship fast without sacrificing quality
- Experience in high-growth startups or equally fast-paced environments
- Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration Strong opinions, loosely held: able to make decisions with incomplete information
- Product & Business Acumen Intuition for what makes products valuable to users
