Associate Director of Member Engagement Enablement

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in need of an Associate Director of Member Engagement Enablement in Boston, MA.

Responsibilities include:
* Lead consumer experience and engagement enablement initiatives
* Serve as day-to-day business lead for member engagement data platforms and email/SMS programs
* Ensure business needs, use cases, dependencies, and prioritization are aligned with strategic goals
* Partner with engagement, analytics, and clinical teams to enable seamless data integration across CRM, omni-channel, and analytics platforms
* Evaluate and advance emerging technologies (AI, personalization, CRM/CMS) to improve member engagement and outcomes
* Champion AI, automation, and self-service capabilities across engagement platforms

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree required
* 10+ years of experience in health technology, preferably within a health plan environment
* Strong knowledge of core health plan systems, data structures, and analytics platforms
* Experience with consumer experience, digital/marketing technologies, and CRM/customer data tools
* Familiarity with agile methodologies and portfolio/strategy processes
* Strong technical and business acumen with a track record of delivering results
* Proven ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and collaborate across a matrixed organization
* Excellent communication skills, including the ability to clearly convey complex concepts

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
