Remote Program Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a Remote Program Manager on a contract basis.

Summary:
The Remote Program Manager will be tasked with supporting and leading an end-to-end execution of a CRM and commercial systems transformation project. The Remote Program Manager will also create and execute a communication strategy, make sure alignment between functional design, data strategy, integrations, and downstream systems is done successfully, and oversee the CRM system transition and deployment.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Must have 10+ years of program or portfolio management experience
* Must have proven experience leading large-scale CRM implementations
* Must have strong experience managing cross-functional commercial transformation initiatives
* Must have demonstrated experience managing complex programs with multiple concurrent workstreams
* Nice to have PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification
* Nice to have - experience with AI-enabled automation initiatives

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
