Role Overview
We are seeking a senior Program Manager to support a portfolio of enterprise transformation initiatives, with a focus on coordinating technology delivery across multiple workstreams. This role acts as a central point of coordination and leadership, working directly with senior stakeholders and representing platform leadership in key forums.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate multiple concurrent projects within a transformation portfolio.
- Provide program-level visibility across timelines, risks, and dependencies.
- Develop and maintain RAID logs, status reporting, and executive dashboards.
- Partner with project managers, scrum masters, and technical leads across initiatives.
- Identify risks, issues, and cross-project impacts and drive resolution.
- Support executive-level communication and act as a delegate for leadership when required.
- Help align delivery across technology and business teams.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Program or Senior Project Management.
- Proven experience managing large-scale transformation programs.
- Strong background in IT/digital delivery environments.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery models.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in enterprise or CPG environments.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar platforms.
- Experience supporting global programs.
- Background in financial tracking and program-level budgeting.
Work Environment
- This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week onsite in the Chicagoland area.
- This is a high-visibility role interacting with senior leadership.
- The environment is a fast-paced, multi-project transformation setting.
