Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Management Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Develop and execute organizational change plans covering stakeholder engagement, impact assessment, readiness, communications, training, resistance management, and post-release reinforcement.
- Partner with program leaders, subject matter experts, and business and technology teams to identify impacted users, document change impacts, maintain personas, and address risks, issues, and gaps.
- Review, update, and develop training materials, communication content, change-agent resources, and enablement materials to support program phases and business adoption.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
5+ years of experience in organizational change management, including people, process, and technology change implementations, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption activities.

Technical Skills
|
