The Offshore project manager plays a key role in overseeing the planning, execution, and implementation of offshoring initiative. This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, meticulous project management, and strong interpersonal skills. Given the sensitive nature of many projects, this individual must exercise a high degree of discretion and sound judgment, ensuring that discussions, documentation, reporting, and escalations are handled thoughtfully and shared only with appropriate stakeholders. This person works closely with senior leadership and key vendors to ensure deadlines and budgets are met.
Primary responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
Assemble and lead teams, ensuring the key deadlines are met with care.
