Zensar is looking for a Java Developer in the United States (Hybrid). This position is open for Full Time with excellent benefits and professional growth opportunities.

About the Role

·       Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable applications using Java/J2EE technologies.

·       Develop backend services and RESTful APIs using Spring Boot and Spring Framework.

·       Design and implement microservices-based architectures.

·       Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and reusable code following coding standards and best practices.

·       Develop and optimize database queries using SQL and relational databases.

·       Integrate applications with internal and external APIs and third-party systems.

·       Participate in requirements analysis, technical design, development, code reviews, testing, and deployment.

·       Troubleshoot application issues and perform root-cause analysis for production problems.

·       Develop appropriate unit and integration tests to ensure application quality.

·       Work with CI/CD pipelines and support automated application deployments.

·       Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and other developers in an Agile/Scrum environment.

·       Participate in application performance tuning, monitoring, and production support.

·       Ensure applications follow security, scalability, reliability, and performance standards.

Experience:

8-10+ years in software engineering

·        Strong hands-on development experience with Java 8/11/17+.

·        Strong experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Spring Data/JPA.

·        Experience developing RESTful APIs and Microservices.

·        Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and design principles.

·        Experience with Hibernate/JPA.

·     Strong SQL skills and experience with databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.

·        Experience with build and dependency management tools such as Maven or Gradle.

·        Experience with version-control systems such as Git.

·        Knowledge of unit testing frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito.

·        Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

·        Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Education:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree – Information Technology
