Summary

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Salesforce projects from planning through deployment and hypercare.
Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, dependencies, and governance.
Lead Agile teams and facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, demos, retrospectives, and release planning.
Partner with business stakeholders, Salesforce Architects, Developers, QA, DevOps, and vendors.
Drive testing, release management, production readiness, and delivery quality.
Oversee Salesforce integrations, data migration, environment strategy, and CI/CD/DevOps.
Manage executive stakeholders, escalations, and overall project health.

Required Skills

10+ years overall IT experience
5+ years managing Salesforce implementation/transformation programs
Strong experience with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud
Automotive Cloud experience preferred
Strong technical understanding of Salesforce Platform, Apex, LWC, Security Model, Integration Patterns, and Solution Architecture
Experience with Copado, Git, CI/CD, and Salesforce DevOps
Agile/Scrum, Hybrid, and Waterfall methodologies
Excellent client-facing and executive stakeholder management skills
