Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Project Manager to lead complex Salesforce implementation and transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of overall IT experience, including at least 5+ years managing Salesforce projects and programs.

The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, including planning, estimation, resource management, governance, stakeholder management, risk and dependency management, deployment, and hypercare support. Strong technical knowledge of the Salesforce platform and experience working with cross-functional Agile delivery teams are required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation and transformation projects from planning through deployment and hypercare.

  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and overall project health.

  • Develop project roadmaps, implementation strategies, delivery plans, and release plans in collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams.

  • Lead Agile/Scrum delivery teams and facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, retrospectives, backlog reviews, and release planning.

  • Coordinate with business stakeholders, Salesforce architects, developers, QA teams, DevOps engineers, and third-party vendors.

  • Establish and maintain project governance, status reporting, executive communication, and escalation processes.

  • Drive timely identification, mitigation, and escalation of project risks, issues, and dependencies.

  • Ensure delivery quality through testing oversight, quality governance, release management, and production readiness reviews.

  • Manage Salesforce integrations, data migration activities, environment strategy, and deployment processes.

  • Coordinate CI/CD and DevOps activities using tools such as Copado and Git.

  • Ensure alignment between business requirements, solution architecture, technical implementation, and project objectives.

  • Manage production deployments, cutover activities, stabilization, and post-production hypercare.

  • Provide executive-level reporting on project progress, milestones, financials, risks, dependencies, and delivery health.

  • Drive continuous improvement across project delivery processes and Agile practices.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of overall IT experience.

  • 5+ years of experience managing Salesforce implementation, integration, or transformation programs.

  • Strong experience delivering Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud projects.

  • Experience leading complex end-to-end technology projects with multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Platform capabilities and architecture.

  • Hands-on understanding of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Security Model, Integration Patterns, and Solution Architecture.

  • Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration.

  • Experience with Salesforce environment strategy, release management, and production deployment processes.

  • Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools, including Copado and Git.

  • Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, demos, retrospectives, and release planning.

  • Experience working in Agile, Scrum, Hybrid, and Waterfall delivery environments.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, client-facing communication, presentation, and executive leadership skills.

  • Proven ability to manage project risks, issues, dependencies, scope, schedule, budget, and resources.

  • Experience managing teams consisting of Business Analysts, Salesforce Developers, Architects, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and third-party vendors.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce Automotive Cloud.

  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform Developer, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, or Application/System Architect.

  • Experience managing large-scale Salesforce transformation programs.

  • Experience with enterprise-level Salesforce integration, DevOps, and release management.
