***CANDIDATES MUST HAVE RECENT EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH SALESFORCE FINANCIAL SERVICES CLOUD (SFC) – NOT JUST SALESFORCE EXPERIENCE IN FINANCIAL ENVIRONMENTS.
Financial Services Cloud is a specialized customer relationship management (CRM) platform hosted in the cloud and built specifically to meet the unique needs of the banking, wealth management, and insurance sectors. It moves beyond generic CRM capabilities by incorporating industry-specific data models and processes.
 
Requirement Notes (Candidate Job description below) : We need a Salesforce Developer with a focus on Financial Services Cloud (SFC) experience is a must.  Also will need to be familiar with Data models and integrations. Client has  has customized their SF platform and now is returning to the out-of-box version essentially. Will be working with their 3rd party implementation vendor and internal CRM team.

Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with deep expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Apex, and Lightning development. This role will focus heavily on designing scalable data models, building complex integrations, and delivering enterprise-grade CRM solutions within a financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Development
Lead the design, development, and optimization of solutions within Financial Services Cloud, supporting core business processes across client management, operations, and reporting.
• Apex & Lightning Engineering
Develop robust Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to deliver scalable, high-performance applications and enhanced user experiences.
• Data Modeling & Architecture
Design and maintain complex Salesforce data models, ensuring data integrity, scalability, and alignment with business and regulatory requirements.
Optimize data structures for performance, reporting, and analytics.
• Integrations & APIs
Build and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
Lead integration architecture across third-party platforms, data providers, and internal systems.
• Data Management & Governance
Implement best practices for data quality, security, and governance.
Support reporting, analytics, and data-driven decision making through efficient data design.
• Platform Customization
Configure and customize Salesforce using custom objects, flows, workflows, and automation tools to streamline business operations.
• Agile Delivery & Collaboration
Partner with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams to gather requirements, prioritize backlogs, and deliver scalable solutions in an Agile environment.
• Compliance & Security
Ensure solutions meet regulatory and security requirements common within financial services environments.
 
Qualifications
• 10+ years of Salesforce development experience, with strong focus on Financial Services Cloud
• Proven hands-on expertise with: 
 o Apex (classes, triggers)
 o Lightning Web Components (LWC)
 o Salesforce data modeling and architecture
• Extensive experience building and managing Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware)
• Strong understanding of data structures, data governance, and enterprise data strategy
• Experience working within financial services environments (wealth management, banking, insurance, or related)
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira
