Role: Salesforce Developer

The Salesforce Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role requires strong technical expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integration with external systems. Core Responsibilities Application Development Build and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components (LWC). Develop custom workflows, triggers, and integrations with third-party systems. Optimize Salesforce solutions for scalability and performance. Integration & Data Management Implement integration patterns using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools. Design and manage data migration strategies and ensure data integrity. Collaboration & Documentation Work closely with Business Analysts and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Prepare technical documentation and participate in code reviews. Required Skills Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce configuration. Strong knowledge of Java, SOQL, SQL, and web services. Familiarity with Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Community, Marketing). Certifications: Must Have: Salesforce Platform Developer I. Good to Have: Platform Developer II, App Builder, or Advanced Admin. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and ability to work in Agile environments. Experience Minimum 5+ years in Salesforce development, including customization and integration projects. Hands-on experience with Lightning framework and CI/CD pipelines is preferred.
