Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Web Developer with deep expertise in Drupal and the Acquia ecosystem to support and enhance our MarTech digital platforms. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can work independently with minimal oversight, and consistently delivers high-quality, scalable, and secure web solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance websites built on Drupal CMS, following best practices and coding standards.
• Build responsive, accessible, and high-performance front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver sprint goals.
• Participate in code reviews, QA processes, and release cycles.
• Troubleshoot and resolve web application issues to ensure optimal stability and performance.
• Implement enhancements, customizations, and new features aligned with business needs.
• Leverage Acquia tools and cloud platform for site building, deployment, and performance optimization.

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Proficiency in PHP and backend development for Drupal applications.
• Proven experience working with Drupal CMS (Drupal 10 or 11).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-quality work in fast-paced environments.

Preferred / Bonus Skills

• Experience developing custom Drupal modules.
• Familiarity with Acquia Site Studio and Acquia Cloud tools.
• Ability to write advanced/custom JavaScript for interactive components.
• Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Familiarity with Pendo or similar user experience platforms.
