Job Description

We are seeking a Reliability Engineer to support plant operations and improve equipment reliability, maintenance effectiveness, and overall manufacturing performance. The ideal candidate will have experience in chemical, process, or industrial manufacturing environments and a strong background in reliability engineering, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Improve equipment reliability, plant performance, product quality, and operational efficiency.
• Perform Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and implement corrective actions.
• Support Mechanical Integrity and preventive/predictive maintenance programs.
• Develop Asset Care Plans and equipment monitoring strategies.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process-related issues.
• Support capital projects, equipment upgrades, and new installations.
• Participate in Process Safety Management (PSM), Process Hazard Analysis (PHA), and Management of Change (MOC) activities.
• Create and maintain SOPs and provide technical training to operations personnel.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and EHS teams to drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor''s Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or related Engineering discipline.
• 4+ years of experience in manufacturing, chemical, process, or industrial environments.
• Strong experience with Reliability Engineering and RCFA methodologies.
• Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
• Experience with mechanical systems, instrumentation, and equipment diagnostics.
• Familiarity with PSM, MOC, and PHA processes.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and project management skills.
