About Priority Auto Care

Priority Auto Care is seeking an A-Level Automotive Technician in Loudon, TN, offering $40/hour plus commission with $80,000+ annual earning potential.
This independent repair shop offers a Monday?Friday schedule with no weekends, a clean climate-controlled facility, and modern diagnostic equipment.
Technicians perform diagnostics, maintenance, inspections, and major repairs primarily on domestic and Asian vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
  • Perform general automotive repairs and preventative maintenance services
  • Complete full vehicle inspections and document repair needs accurately
  • Perform removal and replacement (R&R) work and larger mechanical repairs as qualified
  • Use AutoServe1 Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) to document vehicle conditions and repair needs
  • Service primarily domestic and Asian vehicles, with occasional European and fleet work
  • Maintain accurate repair documentation and communicate findings clearly
  • Collaborate with the Service Advisor and fellow technicians throughout the repair process

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of professional automotive repair experience
  • Strong automotive diagnostic and mechanical repair skills
  • Ability to perform both maintenance and advanced automotive repairs
  • Ability to work independently
  • ASE certifications preferred
  • Electrical and drivability diagnostic experience preferred
  • Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) and independent repair shop experience preferred; DVI training can be provided
