Key Responsibilities

• Development & Customization: Design, develop, and implement customizations, plugins, and workflows within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Full Stack Engineering: Build scalable web applications using the .NET framework (C#, , MVC, .NET Core) for back-end services and modern front-end technologies for the user interface.
• Integration: Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems using RESTful APIs, Power Automate, and Azure services.
• System Architecture: Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectural designs.
• Data Management: Manage data migration, data modeling, and security roles within the Dynamics 365 environment.

Required Qualifications

• Residency: Must be a current resident of Pennsylvania or live within a reasonable commuting distance (2-hour/100-mile radius) of Harrisburg, PA. A valid PA driver s license is required.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on the Microsoft technology stack.
• Dynamics 365 Expertise: Proven experience developing within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement, F&O, or Sales/Service modules), including writing Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, and JavaScript/TypeScript for form customizations.
• .NET Development: Strong proficiency in C#, MVC, .NET Core, and Entity Framework.
• Full Stack Skills: Experience with front-end frameworks (such as Angular, React, or Vue.js) and UI technologies (HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap).
• Database: Strong SQL skills, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning in SQL Server.
• Integration: Experience with Web API, RESTful services, and Azure Logic Apps or Power Automate.
• Tools: Proficiency with Visual Studio, Azure DevOps (or TFS), and Git for source control and CI/CD pipelines.
