Summary

job summary:

We have a 6 month contract opportunity for a Digital Web Specialist. This role is hybrid, with 4 days remote and one day onsite in Sacramento. Alternatively the one day onsite could be worked from a Bay Area facility but still may require some work onsite in Sacramento.

- Experience with Amplitude or similar web analytics platforms


- Familiarity with Sitecore or other enterprise content management systems


- Experience with experimentation and personalization tools such as Optimizely, Adobe Target, or Amplitude Experiment


- Experience working with Jira in an Agile delivery environment


- Experience with user research and behavior analysis tools such as UserTesting, Hotjar, or Microsoft Clarity


- Knowledge of schema markup, conversion tracking, attribution modeling, and related digital measurement technologies


- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SiteImprove, or similar web production and accessibility tools


Summary / Duties:


Supports growth marketing initiatives and ongoing enhancements across enterprise digital and web properties. Responsibilities include developing and optimizing landing pages, supporting digital campaigns, maintaining web content and experiences, and identifying opportunities to improve customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion. Partners with marketing, content, design, analytics, and development teams to gather requirements and execute digital solutions from planning through launch and testing. Uses analytics, customer behavior data, A/B testing, and experimentation to measure performance and recommend improvements. Supports SEO, accessibility compliance, user acceptance testing, and ongoing website maintenance while ensuring digital experiences meet business objectives and established web standards




qualifications:

Requirements:


- 2+ years of recent relevant experience in digital marketing, web production, growth marketing, or related digital experience


- Experience developing and executing growth marketing strategies focused on customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion


- Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO), customer journeys, conversion funnels, and audience segmentation


- Experience designing, launching, and optimizing landing pages in support of marketing campaigns and business objectives


- Experience with A/B testing, experimentation methodologies, hypothesis-driven testing, and data-driven optimization


- Ability to analyze customer behavior, campaign performance, KPIs, and digital analytics to identify improvement opportunities


- Experience partnering with marketing, content, design, analytics, and development teams to deliver digital initiatives


- Experience with SEO, web accessibility/ADA considerations, and digital best practices supporting discoverability and engagement


- Ability to translate business, marketing, and technical requirements into actionable digital solutions and recommendations


- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience
