Key Responsibilities

Assist with requirements gathering and documentation
Support creation of user stories and acceptance criteria
Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and QA teams
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
Support UAT and defect tracking
Maintain functional and process documentation
Communicate requirements to stakeholders
Required Qualifications

1 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or related role
Exposure to Retail or E-Commerce systems
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology
Experience using JIRA or similar tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Basic knowledge of SQL or data concepts
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
