Pay rate                              : $75 - $80/hr on C2C

Duration                            : 12+ Months

Relevant Experience (in Yrs.): 10+yrs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Role Descriptions:

• Minimum 2–4 End-to-End Implementations in EC.

• 10 years of total experience, with at least 5 years in SAP HCM SuccessFactors project management.

• Lead and manage end-to-end SAP HCM SuccessFactors implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery aligned with project scope and objectives.

• Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure in line with PMO and delivery standards.

• Manage cross-functional teams across modules such as Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance Goals, Compensation, Learning, and Payroll.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring proactive communication and effective stakeholder management.

• Collaborate with technical and functional consultants to ensure timely and quality deliverables.

• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues; ensure timely resolution and escalation when required.

• Manage project governance, reporting, and steering committee presentations.

• Ensure compliance with organizational quality and delivery processes.

• Mentor and guide project team members; foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.
