PowerBuilder Software Architect

Remote/Onsite/Hybrid: currently 50% onsite - 2 days one week and 3 the following week

Description:
Support application and database components of the Wadsworth ELAP program
Day to day tasks include:
- Participate in design review sessions with the program area. Review existing data sets and applications. As needs arise, modify and support the applications until they can be replaced with a modern web-based version.
- Day to day tasks will include, but are not limited to implementing requirements by designing, coding, and testing new features. Documenting code-based business rules."
Mandatory Qualifications:
Expert 84+ Months
Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.
Secondary Qualifications:
- 84 months of experience with coding client-server relational database applications using PowerBuilder.
- 84 months of experience with Oracle and PL/SQL. Experience should include creating tables, stored procedures, triggers, views, and other objects.
- 48 months experience with writing complex SQL queries and reports such as multiple JOINs, subqueries, conditional logic or windows functions; experience with data manipulation, data migration, and creation of ETL scripts.
- 48 Months as a lead developer on projects that included multiple developers working on the same project/component, or had more than four developers on the team
