Required Skills:

10+ years of experience in software development, design, and enterprise architecture
Strong expertise in .NET technologies: C#, VB.NET, Angular, .NET Framework
Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services, modernization, and DevOps
Hands-on experience with Oracle 19c, SQL, PL/SQL, database design, and performance tuning
Full SDLC experience including requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, and support
Experience with REST APIs, web services, and multi-tier web application development
Knowledge of Lucee/ColdFusion, WebLogic, Apache, and Tomcat servers
Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions
Familiarity with Azure Active Directory, security, encryption, and PCI compliance
Experience with Linux administration, shell scripting, and automation tools
Strong understanding of networking concepts: TCP/IP, VPN, VLANs, SDN
Expertise in Git/GitHub/SVN version control and code review practices
Experience with Power BI, Crystal Reports, and dashboard/report development
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
Experience working in Agile and traditional project environments
Preferred: AWS, Java Spring/Hibernate, ColdFusion (CFML), accessibility compliance, and government/public-sector projects.
