Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications and AI-enabled solutions while translating technical and business requirements into effective architectures and implementations.
- Develop and integrate application services, APIs, microservices, AI capabilities, and enterprise solutions while ensuring performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Lead technical design and code review activities, establish engineering standards, mentor team members, and promote consistent development and quality practices.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, evaluate emerging technologies, support solution delivery, and collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to continuously improve engineering and AI capabilities.

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

|
Experience
|
10+ years of software development and architecture experience, including advanced .NET expertise and hands-on experience with AI/ML or Generative AI solutions.
|
|
Technical Skills
|
Software architecture, application development, object-oriented programming, API development, microservices, cloud-native development, AI/ML integration, software testing, technical leadership, code review, DevOps practices.
|
|
Business / Domain Skills
|
- Hands-on experience building and delivering enterprise AI-enabled solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Experience developing AI-enabled applications using .NET and/or Python, with knowledge of enterprise APIs, microservices, cloud-native architectures, and modern full-stack engineering practices.
- Experience with Azure-based enterprise AI platforms, including Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Copilot technologies, AI orchestration frameworks, vector databases, and related AI/ML services.
- Experience with prompt engineering, vector databases, model evaluation, AI orchestration, and LLM integrations.
- Knowledge of Responsible AI, including governance, security, privacy, transparency, human oversight, and model evaluation.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with technologies such as Angular, React, NodeJS, C#, .NET, Java, SQL/NoSQL, PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, and LangGraph.
- Experience with cloud-native engineering using FaaS, PaaS, or microservices across Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code, cost-aware engineering, and FinOps practices.
