Overview:
We are looking for an experienced SAP (ECC and S/4HANA) Consultant to lead the coordination and readiness of SAP and integrated applications across the development, testing, quality, and production environments. This role ensures stable, synchronized environments that support both business-as-usual (BAU) operations and major projects. The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking, creative problem solver with a strong background in SAP (ECC and S/4HANA) and a track record of managing dual-maintenance, freeze periods, and disaster recovery planning.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee SAP and related environments to ensure availability, consistency, and readiness for development, testing, and deployment.
• Manage dual-maintenance of BAU and project systems during SAP implementations, ensuring alignment and synchronization.
• Plan and enforce soft and hard environment freezes to maintain stability during critical project phases.
• Coordinate environment refreshes, data readiness, and system copies to support testing and training.
• Identify and mitigate environment-related risks and conflicts across teams and timelines.
• Lead disaster recovery planning and testing to ensure rapid recovery and business continuity.
• Establish governance and best practices for environment lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align environment needs with project and operational goals.
   
   

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing SAP environments in large enterprise settings.
• Strong understanding of environment lifecycle, system refreshes, and SAP transport processes.
• Experience with dual-maintenance and freeze coordination during SAP projects.
• Demonstrated leadership in disaster recovery planning and execution.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Creative, proactive approach to problem-solving and risk mitigation.

Preferred:

• Experience with SAP Solution Manager (ChaRM) and SAP S/4HANA migrations.
• Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure and modern environment management practices.
