Job Overview:
Pay Range: $46.00hr - $51.00hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- 9+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with expertise in both Manual and Automation Testing.
- Experience in Selenium for test automation.
- Strong Hands-on experience in Manual Testing, including Functional, Regression, Integration, System, and End-to-End Testing.
- Strong experience in test case creation, execution, and defect management.
- Good knowledge of frontend and backend testing.
- Hands-on experience in API/Service testing (REST/SOAP) using Postman and SoapUI.
- Understanding of test automation frameworks and QA best practices.
- Experience with defect tracking and test management tools such as JIRA.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and database validation.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute automation test scripts using Selenium.
- Perform manual and automated functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.
- Create, review, and execute detailed test cases, test scenarios, test data, and test documentation.
- Validate frontend (UI) and backend (API/service) components across applications.
- Perform API/Service testing using Postman and SoapUI for REST and SOAP services.
- Validate API requests, responses, business rules, authentication, and data integrity.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables.
- Identify, log, prioritize, track, and verify defects through resolution.
- Participate in requirement analysis, test planning, estimation, execution, and reporting activities.
- Contribute to test strategy, automation framework improvements, and QA best practices.
- Support UAT, production validation, and release testing activities.
- Mentor junior QA team members and provide technical guidance on testing approaches.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in the Healthcare domain.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of tools such as Postman, SoapUI, RestAssured, or similar API testing tools.
- Exposure to performance and security testing concepts.
