*Job Summary:*
We are seeking an experienced SAP Archiving Consultant to design, implement, and support SAP data archiving solutions across multiple SAP landscapes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with SAP Information Lifecycle Management (ILM), SAP Archive Development Kit (ADK), OpenText or other content management systems, and SAP data retention strategies. The consultant will collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, BASIS administrators, and compliance teams to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient data lifecycle management.

*Key Responsibilities:*
Analyze business and technical requirements for SAP data archiving projects.
Design and implement SAP archiving solutions using SAP ADK and SAP ILM.
Configure archiving objects and execute archiving, deletion, and retrieval processes.
Perform data volume analysis and recommend archiving strategies.
Integrate SAP with OpenText, Content Server, or other enterprise content management solutions.
Support SAP S/4HANA migration projects by reducing database size through archiving.
Develop and execute archive administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting activities.
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate data retention policies.
Collaborate with SAP BASIS, Security, Functional, and Infrastructure teams.
Prepare technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and user guides.
Perform archive testing, validation, and production deployments.
Optimize system performance by implementing effective data lifecycle management practices.
Provide production support and resolve archiving-related issues.

*Required Qualifications:*
Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of SAP technical consulting experience.
3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Data Archiving and SAP ILM.
Strong knowledge of SAP Archive Development Kit (ADK).
Experience with SAP S/4HANA or ECC environments.
Knowledge of SAP Content Server or OpenText Archive Server.
Experience with SAP BASIS administration concepts.
Understanding of database management (SAP HANA, Oracle, SQL Server, or DB2).
Experience in performance tuning and database optimization.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

*Preferred Qualifications:*
Experience with SAP Information Lifecycle Management (ILM).
SAP S/4HANA migration experience.
Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager and SAP ChaRM.
Experience in regulated industries such as Healthcare, Finance, Manufacturing, or Utilities.
SAP certification is preferred.
