Required Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Equivalent combination of education and relevant product management experience may be considered.
Preferred Education
Master's degree (MBA, Technology Management, Engineering, or related discipline).
Product Management certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Pragmatic Institute, or equivalent.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership roles.
Experience owning and managing enterprise-level or platform-based products.
Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, from strategy through adoption and optimization.
Proven ability to develop product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmaps.
Expertise in gathering requirements and translating business needs into PRDs, user stories, and product features.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Experience defining, tracking, and reporting product KPIs and business outcomes.
Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
Ability to work closely with engineering and technical teams to shape product solutions.
Customer-centric mindset with experience representing the voice of the customer.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Audio Visual (AV) technologies, digital signage, hospitality technology, or venue technology platforms.
Familiarity with AV management and control platforms such as Crestron, Luci, or similar solutions.
Experience conducting customer experience (CX) research, journey mapping, and user analysis.
Knowledge of enterprise architecture, system integration, interoperability, and platform scalability.
Experience working in hospitality, gaming, entertainment, events, or large venue environments.
Familiarity with Agile product development methodologies and collaboration with delivery/project teams.
Key Responsibilities
Define and own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for enterprise AV products and platforms.
Establish AV solutions as scalable, standardized enterprise products rather than project-based implementations.
Gather customer and stakeholder requirements and translate them into actionable product requirements and user stories.
Partner with engineering, architecture, and technical teams to design and deliver product solutions.
Define, monitor, and optimize KPIs related to customer experience, product performance, adoption, and ROI.
Drive product standardization, reliability, security, scalability, and interoperability across the organization.
Manage the product lifecycle from ideation and planning through launch, adoption, enhancement, and retirement.
Act as the voice of the customer by incorporating user feedback, research, and business needs into product decisions.
Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, operations, facilities, marketing, and executive leadership to align product priorities.
Evaluate market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to inform product strategy and innovation.
