Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer – Pega Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Pega Infinity ''26, modern application development, and enterprise workflow solutions. The ideal candidate will design, develop, integrate, and support scalable case management applications while leveraging the latest Pega GenAI capabilities to improve engineering productivity and accelerate delivery.
This is a highly technical, hands-on development role requiring recent experience building enterprise Pega applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Pega Infinity 25.x/26 (Infinity ''26 preferred).
- Build modern applications using Pega Constellation Architecture and Constellation UI.
- Develop scalable workflow and case management solutions.
- Design and implement business rules, flows, decisioning, and case management capabilities.
- Develop secure and responsive user interfaces within the Pega platform.
- Integrate Pega applications with REST APIs and enterprise systems.
- Implement role-based security, reporting, SLAs, and assignment routing.
- Follow Pega guardrails, reusable design patterns, and performance best practices.
- Participate in technical design discussions, architecture reviews, and code reviews.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, ruleset management, branching, and application lifecycle management.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
- Utilize Pega GenAI capabilities to improve software development and business process automation.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of hands-on Pega application development experience.
- Strong experience with Pega Infinity 25.x/26 (Infinity ''26 preferred).
- Expertise in Pega Constellation Architecture and Constellation UI.
- Strong knowledge of:
o Case Management
o Business Rules
o Flows
o Decisioning
o UI Development
o Integration Services
o REST APIs
o Security & Role-Based Access
o Reporting
o SLAs & Assignment Processing
- Experience integrating Pega with enterprise applications and REST services.
- Knowledge of Pega guardrails, application architecture, and performance optimization.
- Experience with Pega DevOps, deployment pipelines, branching, and ruleset management.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
AI / GenAI Experience
- Experience with one or more of the following is highly preferred:
- Pega GenAI
- Pega GenAI Blueprint
- AI-assisted application development
- Applying AI/GenAI to improve development productivity and business processes
Certifications (Mandatory)
- Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) – Required
- Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) – Preferred
