Role Summary:
Seeking an experienced Senior SAP FICO Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Product Costing to support Make-to-Order (MTO) and multi-plant manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Product Costing, Material Ledger, Advanced Variant Configuration (AVC), and cross-functional integration across Finance and Manufacturing processes.

Key Areas:

SAP S/4HANA Product Costing (CO-PC)
Make-to-Order (MTO) and Configure-to-Order manufacturing
Multi-plant costing and inter-plant valuation
Advanced Variant Configuration (AVC) integration
Standard Costing, Actual Costing & Material Ledger
Cost Component Structure & Variance Analysis
Integration with PP, MM, and Finance
Inventory valuation, COGS, and financial close support
Testing, UAT, cutover, go-live, and production support

Required Experience:

8+ years of SAP FICO experience
Strong specialization in Product Costing
Experience with MTO manufacturing environments
Hands-on exposure to multi-plant scenarios
Knowledge of AVC impact on BOMs, routings, and costing
Strong understanding of CO–PP–MM integration

Preferred:

Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations
Exposure to configurable/engineered product environments
Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
