Summary

Job Title: SAP FICO Consultant (P2P)

Overview The SAP FICO Consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting SAP Finance and Controlling solutions with a strong focus on ProcuretoPay (P2P) processes. This role requires deep functional expertise, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize financial and procurement workflows. This role is remote. Candidates living in Canada are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Lead configuration and support for SAP FICO modules, including FI (GL, AP, AR, AA, Banking) and CO (CCA, PCA, COPA, Product Costing)
Support and enhance ProcuretoPay (P2P) processes, including vendor management, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoice processing, and payment cycles
Collaborate with Procurement, AP, and Operations teams to align SAP functionality with business requirements
Ensure seamless integration between FICO and MM (especially P2P), SD, and PP modules
Develop functional specifications for RICEFW objects related to finance and procurement
Conduct system testing, user training, and documentation for FICO and P2P processes
Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing production support
Participate in SAP upgrades, S/4HANA migrations, and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
5+ years of handson SAP FICO experience
Strong understanding of ProcuretoPay processes and integration with MM
Solid knowledge of financial processes and accounting principles
Experience with S/4HANA Finance preferred
Excellent communication and stakeholdermanagement skills

Preferred Skills

Experience with SAP Fiori apps related to AP, procurement, and approvals
Knowledge of vendor invoice management (VIM) or similar tools
Background in global implementations or multicompany environments
