Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Network and Computer Systems Administrators to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
Perform cloud operations activities across cloud environments, supporting infrastructure availability, operational stability, and service delivery requirements.
Develop and maintain automation scripts and workflows to streamline routine cloud operations, reduce manual effort, and improve operational efficiency.
Support cloud infrastructure and automation initiatives involving infrastructure as code, configuration management, and AI-enabled operational capabilities.
Monitor operational requests, troubleshoot technical issues, coordinate incident resolution, and document completed activities to maintain consistent service delivery.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience:
Experience supporting cloud engineering and IT operations, including cloud infrastructure management, operational automation, infrastructure as code, and troubleshooting cloud-related issues.
Technical Skills:
Cloud Engineering, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform), Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Cloud Automation, Cloud Operations, IT Support, Technical Troubleshooting
Business / Domain Skills:
Experience supporting federal government cloud infrastructure and IT operations within environments requiring security, compliance, service reliability, and operational continuity.
Experience supporting federal agency cloud services, customer support tickets, technical incident resolution, and standardized IT service management processes.
Experience automating cloud operations and infrastructure management tasks to improve efficiency, consistency, and reliability across government technology environments.
Experience working within federal IT environments involving access controls, security procedures, operational documentation, and Public Trust requirements.
Communication:
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation:
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization:
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience developing automation for cloud operations and supporting cloud infrastructure across enterprise environments.
Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code practices, AI-enabled operational solutions, and automation tools used to improve support efficiency.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills, with the ability to manage operational tasks and customer support requests.
