Summary

Superlanet is seeking an accomplished Senior Epic Ambulatory Analyst with experience in OTX build and healthcare integrations to support high-impact initiatives across our client portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working beyond standard build, helping connect Epic workflows with external platforms and digital health solutions.

You’ll play a key role in bridging clinical workflows and technical integrations, enabling seamless data exchange between Epic and third-party systems.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and support Epic Ambulatory workflows, including Order Transmittal configuration
  • Support and enhance integrations between Epic and external applications (care management, digital health, specialty platforms)
  • Partner with clinical and operational stakeholders to optimize ambulatory workflows and connectivity
  • Troubleshoot issues across both Epic build and integrated systems
  • Participate in build, testing, implementation, and go-live support
  • Ensure integration solutions align with organizational standards, security, and interoperability best practices

Required Qualifications

  • Epic Ambulatory Certification (required)
  • 5+ years of hands-on Epic Ambulatory build experience
  • Strong experience with Order Transmittal build and configuration
  • Proven ability to support workflow optimization within ambulatory settings
  • Experience collaborating with technical teams on integrations and interfaces
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills across clinical, operational, and technical teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Epic integrations, APIs, or interoperability tools (FHIR, HL7, web services)
  • Experience integrating third-party applications (e.g., care management platforms, digital health tools, remote patient monitoring solutions)
  • Community Connect experience or background supporting multi-entity / multi-organization environments
  • Exposure to SMART on FHIR apps, external vendor integrations, or cloud-based healthcare platforms
  • Experience supporting Referrals, Orders, or cross-module workflows
  • Experience in large health systems or complex ambulatory environments
