Summary

We are searching for an adept Business Analyst to bridge the gap between asset management business units and IT to deliver essential solutions. This role promises a dynamic environment where you'll make tangible impacts on technical and operational aspects.
Responsibilities
  • Act as a critical liaison to translate complex business needs into actionable functional requirements.
  • Facilitate productive workshops and discussions to define solutions and align on strategic objectives.
  • Analyze and document business requirements into clear specifications, user stories, and data models.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure requirements match system capabilities and strategic technology plans.
  • Investigate and resolve complex business and system issues, recommending improvements and optimizations.
  • Lead comprehensive test planning, execution, and evaluation to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Create and maintain essential documentation, guides, and training materials for asset management users.
  • Proactively manage risks, issues, and status updates to stakeholders and project teams.
Skills
  • Expertise in asset management operations, including core workflows and investment lifecycle processes.
  • Documented experience in transformations involving technology and operational changes in financial services.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and influencing skills to engage diverse groups effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders and vice versa.
Preferred Skills
  • Proficiency in modeling tools like Visio and Jira, and familiarity with data analysis techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills, including experience with reconciliation, statistical analysis, or financial modeling.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands under tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Economics, or equivalent relevant experience.
