Summary

Join our team as a Sr Product Manager/BSA, where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our financial services client by enhancing asset management and investment platforms. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and make a significant impact.
Responsibilities
  • Lead sessions to gather requirements from business and operations teams across various functions.
  • Convert complex business processes into user stories and functional specifications.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage the product backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner.
  • Conduct data validation and reconciliation using SQL queries to support performance data pipelines.
  • Create data visualizations using Power BI to enhance decision-making processes.
  • Promote the adoption of AI-augmented practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
Skills
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role within the financial services sector.
  • Strong understanding of front, middle, and back office operations in asset management.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of bridging technical and business teams.
  • Proven ability to drive requirements gathering and documentation with minimal supervision.
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with investment performance measurement and financial instruments.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.
  • Knowledge of Python for data manipulation or automation tasks.
  • Experience with cloud data platforms and agile planning tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
