Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Application / Platform Architect to lead the architecture, design, and modernization of enterprise application and data platforms. The role involves defining technical roadmaps, designing scalable cloud-native solutions, and guiding engineering teams to build secure, high-performance systems aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define architecture standards, patterns, and best practices for application and platform development.
- Architect end-to-end solutions using React, Remix, NodeJS, Python (FastAPI/Flask), GraphQL, and microservices.
- Design and manage containerized cloud-native platforms using Docker/Podman and Kubernetes.
- Lead architecture reviews, mentor engineering teams, and guide complex design decisions.
- Design scalable data integration solutions using PostgreSQL, RDBMS concepts, and distributed data tools (Hadoop).
- Drive application modernization, microservices adoption, and cloud-native transformations.
- Define CI/CD standards, automation practices, and DevOps processes.
Required Skills:- Strong experience in full-stack development (React, NodeJS, Python).
- Expertise in microservices architecture, GraphQL/REST APIs.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, and DevOps automation.
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, RDBMS, and distributed data systems.
- Ability to design large-scale distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.
Preferred Qualifications:- 10+ years in application development/platform engineering.
- 5+ years in an Architect or Principal Engineer role.
- Experience with AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure and enterprise architecture governance.
