About the Role:
  • Client is seeking a seasoned Delivery Manager with deep Healthcare Payer expertise and strong experience in the TriZetto FACETS platform to lead large-scale delivery portfolios spanning application development, production operations, maintenance, modernization, and support services.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing outcome-based and SLA-driven engagements, leading cross-functional delivery teams, driving operational excellence, and building strong client relationships.
  • This role requires strategic leadership, delivery governance, financial oversight, stakeholder management, and the ability to transform complex business requirements into successful technology outcomes.

  • Demonstrated success managing multi-million-dollar programs and complex enterprise initiatives.
  • Experience leading large distributed teams across multiple locations and time zones.

  • Hands-on experience with the TriZetto FACETS platform and core payer operations.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
  • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
Preferred:
  • PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or equivalent project/program management certifications.
  • ITIL certification and managed services experience.
  • Experience driving healthcare transformation and modernization initiatives.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, and reporting platforms.
