Job Description:
Seeking a Senior Salesforce Solution Engineer to design and deliver end-to-end solutions on Salesforce Government Cloud. This role supports public-sector programs across case management, licensing, service operations, and related workflows. The position ensures solutions align with program objectives, technical standards, security requirements, and long-term platform strategy while leveraging declarative and programmatic capabilities to build scalable and maintainable systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Establish development standards, mentor junior developers, conduct peer code reviews, and promote consistent standards across teams.
Lead integration designs, blueprinting, and configuration strategies.
Develop Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and system integrations following established engineering practices and platform governance.
Lead technical discovery sessions with product owners and program stakeholders to define requirements, evaluate solution options, and recommend best-fit approaches.
Review Salesforce Spring, Summer, and Winter release notes to identify breaking changes, deprecations, new settings, and feature impacts.
Assess platform updates and their impact on existing systems and integrations.
Collaborate with vendors, product owners, administrators, QA teams, and business stakeholders to plan and execute required updates and deliverables.
Apply AI-driven approaches to enhance Salesforce solutions, including identifying practical use cases, incorporating intelligent automation, and ensuring responsible and compliant use of emerging technologies.

Required Skills:

5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience across configuration, customization, and solution design.
5+ years of strong hands-on development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integration development in enterprise environments.
3+ years of experience supporting public-sector, regulated, or compliance-heavy programs, or equivalent experience in complex multi-team environments.
2+ years of experience leading technical discovery, design sessions, or development teams in a senior or lead capacity.
