Salary Range: $79,000 - $124,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and deploys automation solutions for manufacturing processes.
• Programs PLCs, HMIs, and industrial robots for various production lines.
• Troubleshoots and resolves issues with existing automation systems and equipment.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and requirements.
• Implements and maintains industrial control networks and data acquisition systems.
• Conducts testing, validation, and optimization of automated processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Develops and maintains technical documentation for automation systems.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in industrial automation, control systems, or robotics within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in programming PLCs (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens) and HMI/SCADA systems.
• Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Modbus TCP/IP, Profinet).
• Experience with vision systems, sensors, and other automation components.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) integration.
• Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (e.g., OPC UA, Modbus TCP/IP, EtherNet/IP).
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and their application in automation.
• Certifications in relevant automation platforms (e.g., Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell Studio 5000).
• Experience with vision systems for quality control or robotic guidance.
