What you will do:

  • Lead workforce and resource planning activities by maintaining labor rosters, validating organizational and cost center alignment, tracking open positions, and providing reporting that enables leaders to make informed staffing and capacity decisions.
  • Partner across engineering, finance, procurement, and leadership teams to develop dashboards, reporting, and business analyses that improve visibility into technology costs, initiative funding, and operational performance while enabling data-driven prioritization and investment decisions.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, establishing clear roles, responsibilities, priorities, and expectations.
  • Identify, track, and manage risks, issues, and action items, escalating concerns and removing barriers as needed.
  • Prepare leadership presentations and reporting that clearly communicate status, priorities, and key considerations.
  • Ensure organization follows established corporate standards, governance controls, and Legal, Compliance, and Vendor Management requirements.
  • Apply technical and business knowledge to assess needs, evaluate impacts, resolve issues, build consensus, and recommend solutions.

What you have

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience analyzing complex financial, operational, and workforce data and translating findings into actionable business recommendations.
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, expense management, and financial analysis in a large enterprise environment.
  • Experience managing technology vendor relationships, contract renewals, license utilization, forecasts, and spend optimization.
  • Demonstrated ability to build dashboards, reporting, and executive-level presentations that turn complex information into clear insights.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, reconcile data across systems, challenge assumptions, and recommend improvements.
  • Demonstrated success collaborating with technology, finance, procurement, and business stakeholders and influencing decisions without direct authority.
  • Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Apptio, or comparable platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technology and financial concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to independently manage competing priorities and drive results in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting enterprise technology, cloud operations, technology infrastructure, or Technology Business Management functions in a large, complex organization.
  • Familiarity with FinOps practices, cloud financial management, consumption-based services, and technology value optimization.
  • Experience supporting strategic technology vendors and large-scale software, infrastructure, cloud, or managed-services agreements.
  • Knowledge of workforce planning, demand management, resource forecasting, and capacity planning.
