Pay Range: $58 - $60/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement, configure, and customize ServiceNow HRSD modules.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable HR solutions.
- Configure workflows, case management, knowledge management, and employee service center.
- Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with Moveworks and/or Slate to improve self-service and automation.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Perform testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- 3+ years of ServiceNow HRSD implementation experience.
- Strong knowledge of HRSD modules, workflows, and integrations.
- Experience with Moveworks and/or Slate integrations or implementations.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST APIs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- ServiceNow CSA/CIS-HR certifications.
- Experience in Agile delivery and enterprise HR transformation projects
