Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Architect and design scalable Sitecore-based solutions aligned with enterprise business goals.
Lead and mentor teams through the full software lifecycle: requirement gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Define and enforce Sitecore coding standards, best practices, and architectural patterns to ensure maintainability and performance.
Conduct code reviews, technical assessments, and knowledge-sharing sessions for continuous team improvement.
Build integrations between Sitecore and third-party platforms (Marketo, Analytics, Search, CRM systems).
Manage Sitecore upgrades, cloud migrations, and performance tuning for high-availability environments.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Ensure adherence to security, privacy, and accessibility compliance standards across digital platforms.
Required Qualifications
10+ years of hands-on Sitecore development and architecture experience.
Strong expertise in Sitecore XP, XM Cloud, Sitecore JSS, and Headless architecture.
Proficiency in .NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET MVC, RESTful APIs.
Solid experience with modern front-end frameworks (JavaScript, React, Next.js).
Experience working with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
Preferred: Sitecore Certification (Developer/Architect).
Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
Cloud expertise with Microsoft Azure, including App Services, AKS, and storage solutions.
Working knowledge of Docker / containerization for scalable deployments.
Exposure to privacy and compliance tools (e.g., OneTrust).
