JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services), .NET development, and Modernized Data Platform (MDP) solutions including Azure DAta Factory (ADF) & Data Bricks . The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining data integration pipelines and enterprise applications that support scalable, cloud-ready data infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using SSIS for data migration, transformation, and integration.
Implement and manage Modernized Data Platform solutions to ensure data consistency, scalability, and performance across systems.
Build and support .NET applications (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API) for internal and external users.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity across platforms.
Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support deployment activities.
Maintain documentation for code, processes, and system configurations.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for production issues.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
7+ years of experience in SSIS development and ETL processes.
7+ years of experience in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API).
2+ Years if Hands-on experience with Modernized Data Platform architecture and tools (e.g., Azure Synapse, Databricks, Snowflake).
Strong SQL skills and experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Healthcare Payer project experience is a plus
