Senior Product Owner - Contact Management (CRM - Salesforce)
Project: Creation of a person record in CRM - They have been integrating with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to create a unified CRM layer. This integration includes client data, account data, and account participant/relationship data.
Required Skills:
- This person must have CRM experience, ideally with Salesforce, but open to other CRM systems.
- This person must be hands-on writing user stories using Jira, assisting in product discovery, planning, and development. This person will be responsible for creating all the user stories, managing the backlog and features, prioritizing the work, and attending all Agile ceremonies.
- This person should have experience working with software engineering teams, driving both the UI and UX.
- This person should be a 50/50 blend of technical and business - they do not want a solely technical PO.
- Financial services is preferred,They must come from an enterprise environment.
- They must come from a TRUE product background -
General Job Description:
The Product Owner is responsible for understanding the key requirements and needs of our institutional clients and coordinating the successful initiation, planning, and design of those needs across multiple functional areas to drive a comprehensive product execution roadmap.
Responsibilities:
Actively works with the business owner(s) to prioritize the product backlog and leads detailed planning and executing on product roadmap
Participates in all related meetings, including daily SCRUM calls, and provides direction and feedback based on direction and input from the business owner
Translates business vision and high-level User Narratives into detailed User Stories for UX and Dev teams
Works with business owners to clarify requirements
Raise requirement issues/risks to product manager for resolution
Brings decisions to be made to Business Leaders outside of review meetings.
Is available to the team to provide guidance and feedback
Document Use Cases and Process Flows as needed to frame solutions for UX and Dev teams
Coordinate with other stakeholders as needed and represent stakeholders' vision & requirements to the technology team (overriding design decisions, inclusion in cross-functional processes, etc.)
Works with business owner to define and document product acceptance criteria
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with business and technology project management
Strong communication skills communicating detailed and summarized information to executives.
Ability to come up to speed quickly, self-starter/motivated, flexible
Able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
Strong time management and organization skills.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $78.00/hr.
