Role Summary
Seeking an 8–10 years experienced Automation Specialist with deep domain expertise in the Healthcare / Health Card industry and hands-on testing experience on Salesforce applications.

Located in Richardson, TX (Hybrid), this role focuses on driving quality assurance across Salesforce environments, executing JIRA-based test management, managing SQL queries, and utilizing Java with Maven and Jenkins for test automation and CI/CD workflows.

Additional exposure to API automation and mobile testing frameworks is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
* Salesforce & Healthcare Testing: Execute end-to-end test strategies for Salesforce enterprise applications tailored to Healthcare domain standards and health card processes.
* Test Automation & CI/CD Integration: Build, maintain, and execute test automation suites using Java, Maven, and Jenkins continuous integration pipelines.
* Database & API Validation: Perform data integrity checks using complex SQL queries and conduct API automation/testing for backend service validation.
* Test Operations & Governance: Manage end-to-end testing lifecycles, test execution, defect logging, and traceability utilizing JIRA.
* Stakeholder Coordination: Partner with cross-functional technical leads and business partners to align quality standards with delivery goals.

Required Skills
* Domain & Application Expertise: 7+ Years Healthcare / Health Card Industry Domain Experience, Salesforce Applications Testing
* Automation & Scripting Core: Java, Maven, Jenkins, Test Automation Frameworks
* Database & Management: SQL (Data Validation & Querying), JIRA (Defect Tracking & Test Lifecycle Management)
* API & Mobile Testing: API Testing/Automation (Postman, REST Assured), Mobile Automation Concepts
* Overall Experience: 8–10 Years Professional Quality Assurance / Automation Testing Experience

Preferred Qualifications
* Salesforce Certified Administrator (Salesforce Admin Cert).
* Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver or Appium for mobile automation testing.
