Programs and Business Operations Lead - Remote / Telecommute

Requirement/Must Have:

• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience.
• Strong background in business operations, strategy, or program management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into action.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in data modeling, analytics, and project management.
• Experience supporting senior leaders on strategic and operational initiatives.
• Experience implementing and scaling initiatives across globally distributed teams.
• Experience working cross-functionally with multiple departments.
• Experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• SQL proficiency preferred.

• Align cross-functional teams to achieve objectives defined with senior leadership.
• Lead regular business operations meetings with cross-functional teams to track and drive key initiatives.
• Analyze macro and micro trends and present insights and action plans to leadership.
• Support senior leaders on strategic and operational projects, including ad-hoc initiatives.
• Own the end-to-end conception, execution, and measurement of cross-functional initiatives.
• Define problem statements, identify dependencies, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver solutions.
• Drive initiatives across demand, supply, and regulatory areas of the business.
