Job Overview: The ServiceNow Workspace Delivery implementation is already live, and the client requires experienced professionals to support and enhance it. This role demands candidates with 8-10+ years of ServiceNow experience and strong hands-on expertise. The expectation is for highly skilled professionals who can quickly adapt and contribute with minimal ramp-up time. The work environment is active, and candidates must deliver results efficiently.
Responsibilities: - Provide technical production support for Workplace Service Delivery processes.
- Oversee software promotions up the stack.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues within the ServiceNow platform.
- Enhance and maintain functionalities related to space management, visitor management, and reservations.
Qualifications: - 8-10+ years of ServiceNow experience with strong hands-on expertise.
- Proven debugging skills within the ServiceNow platform.
- Prior experience with Workplace Service Delivery processes.
- Knowledge of space management, visitor management, and reservation functionalities.
- Ability to quickly adapt and contribute in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range: $50 - $60.00
