Job Overview: The ServiceNow QA will play a critical role in supporting and enhancing the ServiceNow Workspace Delivery implementation, which is already live. This position requires experienced professionals with 8-10+ years of ServiceNow expertise, particularly in hands-on development. The role demands minimal ramp-up time and the ability to quickly contribute and deliver results in an active work environment.
Responsibilities: - Develop automated tests using ServiceNow's Automated Test Framework (ATF).
- Ensure repeatable and reliable testing of delivered solutions.
- Support and enhance the ServiceNow Workspace Delivery implementation.
- Collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications: - 8-10+ years of ServiceNow experience with strong hands-on expertise.
- Proficiency with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
- Experience across HRSD modules, including HR Core, HR Case, and Workplace Service Delivery.
- Ability to quickly adapt and contribute in an active work environment.

Pay Range: $55.00 - $65.00
