Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a
Senior Learning Architect for a
CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier
Regulatory clients. This position is
fully remote. The Senior Instructional Designer position is a contractor individual contributor in the Business Learning and Training Department that will design and deliver multimedia business-specific learning solutions. They will be responsible for helping the Critical Skills and Capabilities group analyze training needs and develop training strategic and operational training plans that accelerate time to value for learners and executes best learning solution to meet those needs. Content will focus on emerging topics in the financial markets, focused around Generative AI technology implementation, so experience in creating learning solutions related to emerging topics and technology are preferred.
Required Skills :
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant subject area, which might include Learning Technology, Adult Learning, Graphic Design, Education, Communications, or similar related field(s).
- Experience creating learning solutions for Generative AI technology is preferred.
- Familiarity with Docebo or similar learning management systems is preferred.
- Experience using AI-powered tools and platforms to create innovative learning solutions and enhance educational content development (such as Synthesia).
- Instead of creating training from scratch, they will assess job architecture and skills, conducting gap analyses within tech and analytics teams to identify where employees need support in using GenAI for coding and related tools.
- Experience conducting needs and skills gap analysis
- Ability to create learning journeys using existing curated resources (not building from scratch)
- Minimal design work; limited content creation required
- Background working with software engineers or prior engineering experience is a strong plus
- Experience supporting technical teams, especially in the GenAI space
- Strong understanding of how Generative AI can be applied, particularly for coding and tools
- Solid expertise in needs analysis and identifying capability gaps
- Strong interpersonal skills, and excellent communication skills both written and oral.
- Self-motivated; highly driven to produce results.
- Adept at project management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excitement for, and the ability to thrive in, a fast-paced environment.
- Creative and driven towards innovation.
