Introduction:

This position requires 3-5 years of experience in IT recruitment, specifically focusing on W2 roles and US tax terms. The ideal candidate will have strong management skills and be adept at sourcing candidates through various platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment process for IT positions
• Source and screen candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and CareerBuilder
• Understand and utilize US tax terms like W2, C2C, and 1099
• Negotiate offers and contracts with candidates
• Build and maintain relationships with direct clients and implementation partners

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• 3-5 years of experience in IT recruitment
• Strong experience working on W2 roles
• Good understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
• Experience with sourcing through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.
• Excellent screening and negotiation skills
