Looking for Someone with Semiconductor industry background experience
Jira Ticket Ownership & Delivery
Own assigned Jira tickets from analysis and estimation through development, testing, and deployment
Troubleshoot production issues and deliver timely fixes
Identify enhancement opportunities from recurring support requests
Functional Analysis & Business Interaction-P1 Skill
Work directly with business users to gather requirements and translate them into clear user stories
Conduct demos, support UAT, and ensure stakeholder alignment
Serve as the onsite Salesforce subject-matter expert for day to day needs
Advanced Salesforce Administration-P2 Skills
Perform complex configuration: Flows, Permission Sets, Validation Rules, Page Layouts, Assignment Rules, Approval Processes
Manage data operations (data loads, cleansing, deduplication)
Maintain system security, user access, and metadata hygiene
Hands-On Salesforce Development-P3
Build and enhance Apex classes, triggers, test classes, and Lightning Web Components
Develop scalable, maintainable solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices
Support integration-related work (APIs, middleware coordination
Process Excellence
Provide guidance on Salesforce best practices and solution design
Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, documentation, and standards
Required experience and qualifications
6–10 years of Salesforce experience across development and administration
Strong hands-on skills in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Flow Builder
Excellent understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and platform capabilities
Experience working in Agile environments with Jira
Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with business stakeholders
Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform Developer I/II) are a plus
