Job Title: Business Systems Analyst
Job Location: San Jose, CA
Job Type: Contract
Job Overview:
Pay Range: $65hr - $70hr
  • Analyze business requirements and existing systems to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business and system requirements.
  • Develop and maintain product requirements documentation including scope, features, and use cases.
  • Create user stories, workflows, and process diagrams to support development.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions to drive consensus and clarity.
  • Partner with UX teams to ensure user-centered design solutions.
  • Support testing activities including test planning, test case development, and defect resolution.
  • Participate in system integration testing and user acceptance testing phases.
  • Contribute to project planning, milestones, and deliverables.
Requirement/Must Have:
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.
  • Strong experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
  • Experience with software development lifecycle methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
  • Experience creating business and product requirement documents.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and processes.
  • Experience supporting testing phases including SIT and UAT.
Responsibilities:
  • Gather and analyze business and system requirements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation including PRDs and user stories.
  • Coordinate between business and technical teams.
  • Support testing and validation of system functionality.
  • Assist in project planning and execution.
  • Communicate project updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
Should Have:
  • Experience in real estate or enterprise domain projects.
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems and tools.
  • Experience with data modeling and process mapping techniques.
  • Experience with project management and bug tracking tools.
Skills:
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and documentation skills.
  • Collaboration and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Qualification And Education:
  • Bachelor s degree in a relevant field required.
  • Equivalent experience may be considered.
