We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Systems Analyst with strong expertise in S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes and data management. This role will act as a key liaison between IT teams and business stakeholders, supporting both ongoing operations and modernization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a bridge between business users, IT teams, and stakeholders
Analyze and support S&OP processes and related systems
Work with SQL queries, reporting, and database systems (Snowflake preferred)
Support application changes, testing, and implementation activities
Assist in modernization and migration projects (legacy to modern platforms)
Provide day-to-day support for incidents, enhancements, and user queries
Required Qualifications:
Associate’s degree with 10+ years of experience OR Bachelor’s with 8+ years
Strong experience with S&OP processes
Solid hands-on experience with SQL and databases
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong teamwork and collaboration ability
Preferred Skills:
Experience with mainframe modernization/migration projects
Exposure to ServiceNow
Knowledge of ERP systems and/or IBM mainframe environments
Soft Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Quick learner with proactive mindset
Ability to work in a collaborative, diverse team environment
